Early Application timeframe for Australian Electronic Travel Authority (ETA)

Travellers requiring an ETA for travel to Australia are advised, as per The Australian Department of Home Affairs, that they are now required to apply two weeks before intended travel to allow for additional processing time.

Please visit homeaffairs.gov.au for further information.

Increased security screening for all flights to the USA

Additional security processes for all flights to the USA have been introduced and are now affecting customers travelling to, or through, the USA.

Airport check-in and bag drop for US bound flights from Auckland are open four hours prior to departure. As these new security measures may cause additional congestion, we strongly advise travellers to allow extra time to complete all check-in, security and boarding requirements.

Customers will also be required to carry a printed or digital copy of their flight ticket and may also be asked to switch on all electronic devices, so please ensure all electronic devices are fully charged prior to boarding any US bound flight.
