Susan Connor joined CTM in 2011 as a Client Value Manager, and following her passion of client management, went on to manage many of CTM’s large strategic organisations. Susan was then promoted to Head of Client Management, holding that position for two years. She then took on the role of General Manager Victoria in July 2017.

Susan has over 24 years’ experience in the Travel Industry, joining Qantas Airways in 1994, spending 15 years in an Account Management role, before progressing to manage large corporate organisations.

Her ongoing commitment to her customers earned her the National CVM Performer of the Year award in 2015. Susan is also highly regarded by her peers and clients alike, which earnt her a finalist position in the 2017 National Women in Travel awards – Corporate category.

During her tenure at CTM, Susan achieved excellent results in client retention and was instrumental in implementing large strategic Global and government accounts. She excels in client relationships and managing her own team, and her experience and leadership is a valuable asset to the CTM office.
