COVID-19 Travel Updates

We encourage our customers to closely follow their local Government’s travel and health advisory services, as travel and health advice is changing regularly and differs by region. Australian Border Control
Effective 1 November 2021, the travel ban is now lifted for fully vaccinated Australians – read more here.
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination certificates are available through MyGov to allow for international travel. Australians can store their vaccination ‘passport’ in COVID-19 travel apps such as the International Air Transport Association (IATA) Travel Pass.

From November 2021, States and Territories that reach an 80% vaccination rate will be eligible to progress to Phase C of the National Plan. Under Phase C, international travel is available to fully vaccinated Australian travellers.
New Zealand Border Control

Mandatory masks
Australia: For international and domestic travel, all passengers (excluding children 12 and under or those with particular exemptions) and air crew must wear masks on flights and in airports. More information
