General Manager WA
Salv Silvera joined CTM in 2012 as Regional Client Value Manager WA and was promoted to the role of General Manager WA in 2014, bringing with him two decades of travel and aviation experience spanning sales, marketing, operations and client management.
Salv is an advocate for positive change. During his early tenure at CTM, Salv’s passion and dedication for the travel sector led him to establish a Corporate Social Responsibility framework designed to train travel agents in developing countries to become self-managed travel management companies. His innovative and proactive work earned him the Association of Travel Management Companies’ (ATMC) Young Executive of the Year Award in 2014.
He has initiated and lead projects in strategic change management and process improvement, including development and leadership programs for staff. Salv holds a Diploma in Travel and Tourism Management, Post Graduate Degree in Business Services and a Masters’ in Business Administration from Curtin University of Technology.
